Our Story
For over 15 years, our founder built her real estate investment portfolio, acquiring and managing single and multi-family properties. Along the way, she hired over 10 different property management companies to handle her investments. Each time, she was left disappointed. Not a single company had the true mindset of an investor. None took the extra steps needed to protect her investments. She was continually forced to step in and manage her properties herself, realizing there was a critical gap in the market: property management companies that truly understand the needs and goals of real estate investors. That's when she decided to become the solution. The Property Management Doctor was founded with a simple mission: to manage each property as if it were our own. Because we were in your shoes – frustrated and looking for a better way.
